Educators both in and outside of the tri-county area can sign up for a DIA Educator Pass for free professional development events.

Teachers, please join the DIA for the Women’s History Month Educator Workshop! This event is a collaboration between the Detroit Institute of Arts and the Detroit Historical Museum.

Participants will learn about everything both museums offer teachers and students, including field trips, learning resources, and professional development opportunities. The workshop will also explore the impact of artists, thinkers, and historical figures in shaping these two Detroit institutions. Register to discover how you can help your students better understand and appreciate the vital contributions of women to art history and the story of Detroit.

All educators are welcome. Lunch will be provided. SCECHs are pending approval.
