The DIA is proud to welcome you to our annual Teacher Appreciation Breakfast! Enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet and converse with colleagues in the Founders Junior Council Dining Rooms.

Prizes from the DIA Shop will be given away and attendees are invited to experience the Guest Artist Workshop: Polymer Clay Essentials with Trice Clark, which will be open from 12:00 - 4:00pm in the Art-Making Studio.

Trice Clark, Detroit’s Handy Woman, is a mom and maker with a passion for art. From selling school jewelry to showcasing her work at Eastern Market and Michigan Fashion Week, she’s known for using limited resources to create innovative pieces. During the workshop, learn techniques to mix colors, shape beads, and create unique designs. Whether you're a beginner or looking to expand your skills, you'll leave with handmade jewelry, keychains, or accessories.

Attendance at the Guest Artist Workshop is not required to join us for breakfast.

All current educators are welcome. Space is limited, so please consider others when reserving your spot. Limit two spots per registration.
