COMMANDER | Is respectfully inscribed to Capt. Isaac Hull, his Officers and Gallant Crew; by their devoted humble Servant, | James Webster. Long description of the battle continues in plate. Oval portrait of Commander Hull in the center of the bottom margin is engraved by D. Edwin.
