Please join us for an exclusive morning of relaxation and refreshment designed just for educators! Meditate Detroit will host a mindfulness session in the historic Rivera Court. No prior experience is necessary—just come as you are and experience the benefits of mindfulness.

In addition to the meditation session, participants can enjoy a complimentary smoothie bar and a creative art-making session. All educators are welcome to attend. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or thick blanket for added relaxation.
