A New Vision for Detroit’s Cultural Center: The DIA Plaza/Midtown Cultural Connections International Design Competition

January 23 – April 1, 2019

The DIA Plaza/Midtown Cultural Connections Design Competition will help realize the vision of a gathering place in Midtown Detroit that welcomes everyone and establishes connections between Detroit’s arts and cultural institutions—inspiring an inter-connectivity between our institutions and our citizens. 

This exhibition features the proposals of the three finalist design teams, which are:
