Watermark of the Royal coat of arms of Great Britain used in the seal of the Order of the Garter. The seal consisting of a circle split into four, containing 3 fleur de lys; 4 lions (1 rampant and 3 couchant; harp), topped by a crown surrounded by the motto HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE (French for “evil be to him who evil does”).
