Detroit Institute of Arts Celebrates Official Opening of “Art City” in Mount Clemens

DIA Director Salvador Salort-Pons will celebrate the official opening of Art City in Mount Clemens with a special program followed by a short tour of some of the 38 reproductions of DIA artwork featured throughout downtown Mount Clemens.
Art City in Mount Clemens was created through a partnership between the DIA, the Macomb Cultural and Economic Partnership and the Mount Clemens Downtown Development Authority. The Art City installation features 38 reproductions from the DIA’s collection that are hanging in storefronts throughout downtown Mount Clemens.
